Assuming both of them were saying that "claiming x of page x" was something they hate, then marios said it at the wrong time and got unlucky, as the context of the posts surrounding him made it seem like he was following alongside them.
Moltenkitten was more than likely doing the same thing where he hates the king posts, but got lucky because he said it before a chain of people and not during the chain.
As Trogdor said, badspot doesnt ban the first post of a chain, like the "that's a snake" chain ban. Its not the first personas fault for starting a chain like that, and badspot knows this.
