This sums it up pretty well.

Right now these people are surrounded by the FBI and talking to the people streaming this.

They want people to drive to them and get the FBI out, and the woman is currently driving to them as they speak.

For the record, the reason the wildlife refuge is being occupied is because some farmers by the name Hammond were arrested for committing arson on federal property. I haven't looked into it at all, but I'm assuming that that federal property was this piece of land and the arson was claimed to have been unintentional.
