It was on Nitramj's server yesterday with a few bugs:

Collision was horrible.
Boats were a player type and said "ouch" when hurt.
Only one person could mount it in a minigame.

Boat is a true thing,I was testing it.It had a few bugs but I think they can be fixed.

I can try removing ouch if you really want me to?

why not just make one square bounding box instead of having it the exact dimensions of the boat? if it's a square on the X and Y (forward/backward, left/right), and the height of the boat on the Z (up/down), I know it would make the collision a little funky when it's wider than the boat, but it wouldn't make any more problems than what there is now, and it would be a damn sight less confusing, being able to go though tight spaces one way, but not the other.

Yea, we did that too :P It will definitely go down down on release, I'm thinking 120 knots but possibly less. Of course the speed can be easily changed by just changing one property so we'll probably see that after release.

Right now, the boat does use a square boundary box that is scaled to the smaller side, I could change it to the longer side but you wouldn't be able to go through some passages where you should.

They are pwn, but not noob proof. IE, noob have no idea how to move it, even though It tells you how to sue it when you enter the boat!
