Well technically all americans are idiots.  Looking historically, laws and rules were put into place to protect America from its own stupidity.  The guy that wrote Obama care called Americans dumb.  I am American and i am just repeating what i learned in Government class.

pretty good actually. i've kept off about fifteen pounds, although i haven't really been taking into account anything i've built from weight training every other day. i feel pretty limited though because i've pretty much exclusively been working with 10-pound weights and just increasing repetitions
