However, genocide isn't a core tenet of communism, just something that happened in some communist states. On the other hand, all national socialists believe in genocide, because that's what national socialistsm is.

Saying that all communists believe in genocide is like saying that all conservatives believe in genocide just because the Ottoman Empire, which was conservative, engaged in the Armenian Genocide.
