Making the Colorset from RTB v1.045 into Blockland - Colorset folder?

So, I decide to make a colorset for Blockland which has all the RTB v1.045 colours (that's how we spell "color" in Britain). The problem is that I need the colours to match up with the RTB v1.045 colorset, and I have no idea where the colorset folder for that is. If you know where to find this folder, please reply. Thank you.

Where is this "config" folder?

The colorset for RTB is in rtb/data/shapes, they're BMP/JPEG textures labeled as 'color.blank'
