I would be more concerned on calling my family and friends and telling them what's going on, as well as trying to help comfort others on the campus who may be afraid of being injured

1) We're in shelter in place, I stay in my dorm with my door locked. Thats about all I can do
2) I have informed both my parents, my sister, my girlfriend, and friends about the situation and they all already know due to the news stations and social media
3) I dont know what you mean by "help comfort others on campus" because its not like I can go to the crying kid over in the next dorm and everyone in my dorm is in their rooms with their doors locked
4) I can do what I want
