Yeah you're "still" banned because you came back after bans were cleared and started a forgetload of drama stuff along with using an alt to avoid ban.

Oh I'm well aware why he is banned. You only need to look at his past on the forums and his personality to see why he would be banned. It shouldn't be unexpected

the fact that Cavik and Nick are defending Tezuni is enough evidence on why his server is so notorious for being poorly administrated and bad

There are a lot more permabans on the list last I checked, but pretty much all of them I recognize as habitual problem users, as in spammers, exploiters, people who have crashed servers... General undesirables.
