Cyprus, Tony Holmes decided that during his chaotic and traumatising time on previous stations he'd try to help people as much as he could with his medical expertise he gathered trying to save all the lives on all those poor ruined stations. Due to the chaotic nature of Nanotrasen's stations he has also gathered sizable firearm knowledge. Sarcastic and an optimist, usually tries to make friends but won't hestitate to pull the trigger if someone threatens him.

He got internal and genetic modifications - what have you - when he was younger and after that certain incident that decreased his rate of aging/athletic/physical decay - he has the metabolic, cardiac, athletic, etc. traits as if he's 30, in essence. He can walk, he can do crap. Ripe old age. Expect him to act like he's 70. He still has white hair, though. And he's still pretty much helpless. loving old guy.
