I don't know how you'd come to that conclusion. The majority of my posts don't have either of those things in them, and i fail to see how i'm using them as verbal assistance.

I generally use "buzzwords" in response to other people using them. This is why they are usually in quote marks.
Also, "buzzword" or not, the words do still have a meaning.
