Everybody has max shaders. On my old $200 laptop, I can take a picture with max shaders, even though I get negative 14 FPS. I just can't like, play with them because the FPS is proposterous. Basically everybody can take pictures with max shaders (Unless they are on mac) and even so, they can probably take a picture on something they like as opposed to slate with the sun behind it.

its just a screenshot with some text on it, basically anyone could do that in a few minutes on mspaint.

My old tower could only run minimum shaders. If I chose a higher level it just turned shaders off
