Figured it out, I was directed to On-Demand Geofilters which I guess are for businesses or something. I had to actually go to the snapchat website, click geofilters THEN click geofilters again in the tab otherwise it assumes you want an on-demand one.

EDIT: Submitted one, I'll see how it goes. Is there any way to see all the geofilters that have been submitted in the world? I don't wanna overlap with one.

And there are sometimes multiple Geofilters for one place. However yes, there is a map. Google it. Geofilter list. There's a map with all the locations for them. However when I added mine, it replaced our old one because that one sucked. The highschool one is one of two.
