the reason we have leap years is because it actually takes the earth 365 1/4 days to circle the sun, instead of having the last day have an extra 6 hours, we just have an extra day every 4 years.

This is the 5th leap day I've seen. I was born in a leap year but it didn't count because I wasn't born yet on February 29.

I think they usually just celebrate it on feb 28 or march 1

your watch is either set wrong, or just doesn't account for leap years. if it is just set wrong, I would figure out how to set it right, but if it doesn't do leap years then you'll just have to set it back a day after february every four years, I guess
