Blf, I want to diet but I don't want to pay for a diet.
I mean why get a prof when you have BLf at ur fingertippos.

i wanna stay under 1200 cal per day, how do i go about this?
i want to keep meats, eggs, breads, and sugar to a minimum.

also do u guys follow any diets?
do u guys have any tips for handy apps?

UM.

Unless you're a small child, you probably should eat more than 1200 calories per day. The best diet is not necessarily a small one, but a balanced one. In other words...

- More fruits and veggies (and certain meats)
- Some dairy
- Cut back on grains (but have some!)

Don't worry so much about size - just learn to know when you're full.

you have to be batstuff insane to want to do this.

Why do you need to diet anyway?

you're already a skinny guy. don't go under 1200 calories.

at your stature, try to eat more proteins and exercise / eat more. if you're trying to lose fat, try running.

i went a year with going under 1200 cal without even noticing. i just didnt have breakfast or lunch, only dinner.
i dont think its TOO big of a deal. im probably going to raise that now lol
