Blf, I want to diet but I don't want to pay for a diet.
I mean why get a prof when you have BLf at ur fingertippos.
i wanna stay under 1200 cal per day, how do i go about this?
i want to keep meats, eggs, breads, and sugar to a minimum.
also do u guys follow any diets?
do u guys have any tips for handy apps?
