my razer keyboard program isnt working properly

uh, so i just got this new gaming keyboard and every time i click "chroma configurator" nothing happens and it seems as if a window opens then closes instantly right after i opened it.  SOS

can you guys forget off? i have a blackwidow chroma and it works fine. i don't know why you even get upset over it.
i'm not sure why it'd do that. it works fine on my end and allows me to change things.

sure it's not very helpful but, razer products are infamous for breaking easily and just being overall poorly made
it's better telling him that they're like that rather than going "idk sorry man that sucks"
