Server Preferences not loading (at all)

I started encountering this problem a few days ago, but I figured if I restarted Blockland a couple times it would work out okay.
Whenever I go to edit the preferences it looks like this:

Like I said, it was working before but now it has just randomly stopped.

I've been able to edit the prefs via Blockland>Config>Server>prefs.cs

But other than that, I really don't know what to do. It is a bit tedious to have to open that up every time I want to change something.

Restarting Blockland and resetting preferences does nothing.
I appreciate all the help I can get!

Forgot to mention: This occurs with both dedicated and non-dedicated servers I host.

Any other mod you may have that replaces preferences (Blockland Essentials, Support_Prefs (chrisbot6), Blockland Glass etc.) will have to be removed from your add-ons folder.

Support_Preferences, which differs from chrisbot6's Support_Prefs and is included with Blockland Glass, is alright to keep so long as you don't load it.

In essence, just don't mix add-ons that replace server settings menu.
