Author Topic: how far can you run without slowing down  (Read 918 times)

on a good day where the weather is nice I can do only 3-4 miles

track and field kids always love to brag

When I go running I do about 4 miles because I get bored/tired after half an hour.

full speed about a mile, general speed like 3, and if jogging I could last up to 9.

Walking, probably the entirety of California

I haven't run in a while... I feel like I could run a mile, though.

i don't exercise much so like maybe one or two minutes of sprinting, i could push it to maybe 15 minutes if i was only jogging, i can walk for ever though

Very little. I live a very sedentary lifestyle.

Who needs that kind of exercise when you have Taekwondo?

Err, well, I can probably jog for a few miles.

People who say, "I can probably jog a few miles," will end up getting a debilitating side cramp 2 minutes in.

I wouldn't have a clue. Probably less than I think I can.

I've not done any sort of vaguely demanding sport/athletics in years.

My last test got me 5-6 miles in an hour.
in the netherlands these tests are required every year as exam for gym class.

4-5 miles is a passing grade for boys, 3-4 is a passing grade for girls.

what the test exists of is basically just your gym hall that you jog up and down, a radio beeping and you have to make the other side before the beep. it increases in speed after every beep. eventually you run x miles in an hour time and when you reach your limit you stop. even if your limit is a good grade or not

I was never much of a runner, but Self Delete drills in basketball were rape. Half the team would be in bathroom vomiting by the time we were done.

if i really wanted to i could run like forget for a while but i'll probably projectile vomit
