if gender is being used interchangeably for "biological love" then yeah i'd say that, excluding weird edge cases, people are probably going to be biologically male or female. tho depending on the context the answer might be different or the question might not even make sense. i tend to stick with the policy of "who cares, they aren't hurting anyone" for issues of how people Feel. cus i figure i have enough on my plate worrying about my own feelings to get fussy about someone else's

i would say that just going along with it to please them is sort-of being an enabler for it.

i'm sure the people that literally convince themselves that they are another made up 'gender' have mental disorders that disallow them to interact in normal social environments. if they feel insecure about being called a man or a woman then they should probably seek mental help.
