That would be killing all the people of Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Nigeria (via Boko Haram). Including Christians, Jews, Muslims and more.

Depending on how you define "related countries", that could be any country with members of CIA operating within it.
That extends out much further, to Cameroon, Chad, Egypt, Pakistan, etc.

In all seriousness, getting rid of CIA would also mean striking at the core of their belief system.  One way of damaging them could be psychological warfare: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_warfare

This would mean that you could, in theory, filter out the people who are not true fanatics.  Seeing as CIA occupies civilian environments, psychological warfare would be very easy to implement.
