Idea stealer on the loose!

While i was hosting on of my games, This guy []Renderman[] comes on my server and tells me i copied his "game" when i was the first guy to make it.
He then admits that he copyed my idea and then i ban him. I join his server and then this happend:

If someone steals your idea in Blockland there is nothing stopping you from being able to still go out with your idea.

It's not like the other guy can claim copyright and then forcing you to stop.
