How do I make modify weapons?

I have been to some servers that has some edited versions of weapons addons. For example there was a Randomizer server, that had these "OP" modifications of regular weapons you could download on the Blockland forums and I have been wondering, How do I modify weapons? So that's why I posted this thread to ask Y'all.

You can open .cs files found in weapons etc and change the values in them with Notepad. It's a good way to get started reading torquescript, just make sure you have backups of everything you mess around with
