Nickpb- Super Admin Mute Abuse on Tezuni's Prison Escape

2) i'm not a self proclaimed troll

3) I was curious why he was so amazed that nickpb was admin, and he failed to respond. I kept pressing him on the question several times to the point where i began to speculate WHY he was bringing it up, to the point where he got rather defensive. After asking him around 5-6 times why he asked the question, he proceeded to say "forget you" in the chat and brought up some stupid stuff about being "legally obligated to ignore my question."

Eventually nick did the smart thing and told me to shut up, so I did. I don't have any screenshot evidence since this happened a couple of hours ago, but people who were on the server at the time can back me on this.

Also when I said "not being liked" is a great reason to be banned from Tezuni's prison escape, i was just spitting facts. You can get banned for stupid stuff on the server, and the best thing you can do is just not get on the bad side of someone like Nickpb

They also once kicked me from a different server for saying "monday" and threatened to ban me if i did it again.
They said it was because they were African-American and hearing that word triggered them or something.

That was me who kicked you, and it was for a really good reason. Maybe you can manage to procure some reason why african american individuals would be offended by that word. Yeah i know, it's a tricky riddle.

I honestly wonder why you are not in a drama yet. Just looking at your post history proves you are an starfish to specific people. And i know your library grows. You are taking advantage of users who are shamed by the community in that time to try and get reputation. You know,the most assholish thing you can do in real life?

I literally said i wasn't legally obligated to answer it. That's very different than being legally obligated to not answer it.

Like i said, I probably could've worded it better. It's perhaps just as accurate to say i started the argument by saying what i said. Regardless, 'who started it' isn't (shouldn't) really an important part of this drama.

In my opinion, not liking someone is a terrible reason to take administrative action against them. If it is, then as far as i'm aware, literally any reason to ban someone can be justified by saying that it caused you to dislike them.

Maybe nickpb said it then. actually, i think whichever one of you said it was quoting me. Assuming the worst-case-scenario for me, that being that it was nickpb quoting it, that still shouldn't be at all important. It's irrelevant to the point of this drama. I said "forget you". So what? I'll say it again! forget you! Would Badspot now be justified in banning me from the forum?
Also, are you talking about my screenshot evidence or did you take screenshots of it yourself?
Because if it's the latter, please post it. Unless you don't actually have the evidence, i don't see a reason why you wouldn't post it.

Saying words that are obviously offensive to a group of people is bannable in most places as you're intentionally flaming/harassing a group of people.

It isn't bannable in most Blockland servers.
Actually, even if it was, that wouldn't and shouldn't make any difference. Just because a lot of people do something doesn't make that something any more right than it would be if only a few people did it.
Also, i wasn't  "flaming/harassing a group of people" intentionally. And, in my opinion, you have a really loose opinion of the words 'flame' and 'harass' if you can simultaneously do both of those things to a group of people by saying a single word. And i hate to bring up other dramas, but if saying "monday" is instantly, intentionally, and automatically flaming all black people, how is this not flaming? I mean, if you're going to have a ridiculously loose definition of flaming, at least consistently use that definition.

In my opinion, what an admin wants shouldn't have anything to do with whether he bans someone. They shouldn't ignore someone breaking a rule just because they don't want to ban them, and they shouldn't ban someone who didn't do anything wrong just because they want to.
