I use the word "monday" as a joke. Now Blockchip before you call me a hypocrite I make sure the people I am talking to know I am joking first and are fine with me saying monday.

That is factually incorrect. Your post says that i got banned, which i did, but it was from path's server for making this drama (I still think it's incredibly stupid to ban someone from a server they've never been on for actions outside the server). If there was nothing else to this like you said, that would mean i got banned for arguing with nickpb or saying 'monday', which i was not.
If you weren't stupid and didn't insult an admin / sling slurs around, you wouldn't have to deal with negative repercussions.
I don't see how either of those things are stupid.
The rules didn't say i couldn't do them, nobody said i couldn't do them, and in my opinion, i should be able to do them.
