do what you did back at the airport, claim you aren't joshua and show them the id to prove it
Joshua claims that he's not the infamous Joshua Taggart, FBI's Most Wanted. No, he's Jackson Braggart, a poor, innocent man being unfairly persecuted because he has an uncanny resemblance to Joshua Taggart. He waves around the driver's license.
FBI Agent: ....We're not that dumb, sir. The actual Jackson Braggart died when the plane he was in crashed into the Peacekeeper HQ.

"obviously you didn't do the crimes"
"we did"
unload the beretta and count the 9x19 parabellum bullets in the magazine
disassemble the beretta's slide
see if the recoil spring is broken
check the barrel
Joshua quickly examines his gun. All the rounds are loaded, but the gun is really dirty from the helicopter crash, and hopelessly forgeted up beyond all repair.

shoot your shotgun at them while madly throwing $50 and throwing molotovs
Joshua opens fire with the XREP Shotgun while either tossing $50 into the air or throwing molotov roostertails. A few FBI Agents are tased, a few more FBI Agents are successfully bribed with the $50, and a lot more FBI Agents get roasted alive.

The FBI Agents predictably return fire on Joshua, forcing him to duck back inside the chopper for cover. The Lead Researcher isn't so lucky, however, and two bullets penetrate through the chopper into both of his kneecaps before a third one strikes him in the groin. Joshua tries to attack again, but he's out of ammo for the XREP and has no more Molotov roostertails to throw.

proceed to become rambo
Joshua lets loose a wild scream as he whips out the damaged Flare Minigun and opens fire on full-auto. A few bullets manage to strike him, and helicopters soon begin hovering overhead.

Joshua continues screaming and firing as he shoots down the helicopters, causing them to land on the FBI Agents and kill them. More and more bullets manage to strike Joshua, but he does not fall. After several minutes of firing the Flare Minigun and screaming nonstop, Joshua's throat turns sore and his supply of ammo for the Flare Minigun runs out. At this point, Joshua has been shot who knows how many times and is somehow still alive.

Throw 200$ at the ground and run for it
Use the power of Song to weaken them.
Joshua starts singing out "End of All" from some game called Fire Emblem before throwing a $200 bribe at the ground and hauling his ass out of Dodge. The FBI Agents do not break down into tears or get weakened as expected, but they ARE dumbfounded for a few good minutes and unable to do anything else until they comprehend what the hell just happened.

This is it! This is Joshua's time to escape! Now he just has to duck into some sewers or something, or duck into an alleyway, or just plain break line of sight! Joshua triumphantly takes another step forward....

..... And immediately collapses to his knees from all the bullet wounds he's suffered. But he can still do this!

Joshua just has to be crawling away! He can barely feel his legs at this point, and this is really slow, but Joshua is getting really far for a cripple.

The dumbstruck FBI Agents finally recover and start chasing after Joshua.

Surrender and explain what has happened.
Then, show them this site on the internet to explain
https://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=294163.0
loving normies won't understand the blockland forums.
do not show them.
he needs internet connection and a phone to prove that
Now you're just being naive, the FBI most certainly has access to the internet
Joshua throws his arms up into the air as a sign that he's surrendering, and then he tries to whip out his phone while shouting something about being controlled by someone else..... Only to discover that there's a massive bullet hole in it, rendering it useless. Joshua is dogpiled by the FBI Agents and promptly beaten into submission with rifle butts and pistol whips before being dragged back to the van.

As Joshua slowly blacks out from all of his injuries, he notices the MindHive Subjects coming out of the Augmented Horizons building, having also been arrested. The MindHive Subjects flash a smile at Joshua, and Joshua knows that they'll vouch for him in court.

Joshua passes out and is unconscious for a few days. In the meantime, the Lead Researcher releases Joshua from MindHive as promised.
MINDHIVE DEINITIALIZED. HAVE A NICE DAY.
get the good ending / do whatever you can to get the good ending
A few weeks pass before Joshua is healed enough to stand trial for all the crimes he's committed. Joshua uses the last of his money he has to buy a decent lawyer, and resulting trial was an epic one, spanning several weeks while simultaneously capturing the attention of the entire country at all times. The scandal has reached into the heart of the American public, and it's not letting go. Hundreds of witnesses are brought to the stand, a mountain of evidence is constantly on display, the Judge constantly demands order in the court, a reporter interviews Joshua and uses the material for a Pulitzer prize winning work of literature, hashtags about Joshua are made, a presidential pardon on Joshua is considered, and the news media is omnipresent during the whole thing. Joshua's lawyer was extremely slick, making the prosecution look like a bunch of amateurs. He constantly stated that Joshua had the MindHive chip implanted in him without consent since he was drunk, Augmented Horizons never should have done a dangerously stupid experiment that involved letting internet strangers control a man's life, Joshua's entire family was extrajudicially executed by the Peacekeepers, Joshua wasn't in control of his actions, yadda yadda yadda. It also helped that several other MindHive Subjects were brought to the stand to testify, with the ones Joshua encountered being sympathetic to him. By the end of the trial, the entire court, the Judge and Prosecutor included, is breaking down into tears and crying for Joshua's freedom. Joshua is now off the hook for several dozen murders, burning down the White House, a terrorist act, and whatever else he's committed.

The Lead Researcher at Augmented Horizons, along with several other people involved with MindHive, are arrested and punished to the fullest extent of the law. With the Lead Researcher at Augmented Horizons incarcerated, a surviving researcher that had nothing to do with MindHive vows to take over as the new Lead Researcher, promising that he will be bringing Augmented Horizons to a more ethical future. Only time will tell if he's made good on his promise, or if he's just a lying sack of stuff.
Joshua walks out of the court a free man, and with the MindHive chip removed from him. Now that he has his freedom, he can get back to work with repairing the damage done to his life.

go to a church and confess your sins
What the....? Is Joshua hearing a voice ordering him to confess his sins? That's a good idea, but didn't MindHive get deactivated and the chip get removed? Joshua confesses his sins at the church anyways, but something is clearly wrong. Are there side effects or something that the Lead Researcher conveniently failed to mention? Nah, he was just hearing things. It's gotta be the only explanation. A few minutes pass, and he certainly isn't being ordered to jack off then leave in public or shoot himself at the moment. Joshua then decides to visit the graveyard to pay his respects to Subject 6024 and his family.
Little does Joshua know that it's still not over yet. In a few seconds, it will begin again. Did he really think he could escape the control of the Blockland Forums unscathed?
It is 8:00 AM on Tuesday, March 15.
Joshua is

Action Queue:TL:DR Joshua's last stand ends with him getting arrested by the FBI. Joshua's lawyer successfully defends him in court and manages to make him Not Guilty. The Lead Researcher is arrested and another researcher at Augmented Horizons decides to take over as the new Lead Researcher. MindHive is deactivated and the chip implanted in Joshua is removed. Joshua hears a voice ordering him to go to church, indicating that Joshua can still be controlled by the Blockland Forums even after being freed from MindHive, and that there are some nasty side effects that the Lead Researcher never told Joshua about.
