why does rlcbm act the way he does?

I am curious as to why he acts the way he does, and why he asks sp many questions. also, why he never uses punctuation. everyone just ignores that and says "hes funny". Ehich is why i created this thread. so other people who are curious. so others can post their theorys.

he doesn't pick up social cues at all and shows a variety of other signs

he does that. he asks people weird questions when he goes on question sprees. example: "do you know dolphin" "not the animal"

another thing ive noticed is whenever he messes up at something, he says hes "not good" at whatever he did, like "im not good at making names" or "im not good at fourms"
