Author Topic: Mini empires concept of hexagonal gameplay  (Read 2077 times)

i made this and I would like to know if this would be practic to apply.

yes, it's entirely based on how civilization 5 works, of course, I don't want to hear about on how the GAME would work, but I'm interested on debating the mechanics, it's plus and minus.

I've wanted this for a long time.

theres the obvious issue of bricks not fitting the tile grid, but i can see a quick DnD map or merp map being built with hex dups

aside from the brick placement, the idea is to use the hexgrid's mechanic capabilities, not to make up maps quickly.

holy stuff I was thinking about doing something like this when I woke up

it'd be sick if someone spent the time and effort to script an actual civilization game with this

I never liked playing merps, but I'd play on this one if there was an actual GAME

Sign me the forget up for that MERP
