I like how you imply that we should just focus all of our government's money into policing the world and who gives a forget about our economy.
you have a good point, but I don't believe we should be in the middle east constantly, we will take out one "evil" faction, then another one will pop up, and the cycle repeats.
how about we loving stabilize the region so we don't have to keep coming back every 10 - 15 years when another extremist group pops up and takes power

that seems like a good idea. I wish titles could have more characters, though. it'd be difficult having a news nexus when I can already hardly fit the stories I want to use
Boots on the ground =/= stabilizing a region. We could arm the Kurds, force the Saudis/other countries to help, etc.
Naaahh, as much as that sounds like a good idea to consolidate information, it makes commenting and replying a clusterforget.
We could arm the Kurds
Look how well it turned out when the United States last tried to arm somebody in the Middle East. They turned into the Taliban, iirc.
Just carry on as you are, making topics for big news stories. It's not like you're posting too many, and they're always done well. You're not exactly furling posting every piece of stuff from Yahoo news he can find.
Remember the "syrian rebels"? they are CIA.
