How many and what Points do I need to set for a vehicle?

I have searched the forums already, but couldn't find anything, and MasterLegoDude's Tutorial  didn't say anything about vehicles, even thought the title said. I need to know how many points I need to put in, and what to call them for wheels, player placement, ect.

mount0 (The driver)
mount1 and higher (Make the 1 into any number for passengers)


Wheels

hub0 (Front left)
hub1 (Front right)
hub2 (Back left)
hub3 (Back right)
