He was one of the constantly banned people iirc, he just "chilled out" these last 2 years or so, but even then he has been banned a few times.
Im sure right now every ban of his is going to be a perma, similar to how every time taboo, glass. or tony got banned it was a perma.
At least I think that's how it works, correct me if I'm wrong
I was wrong on ravencroft, though it does surprise me it wasn't a perma like the rest of his bans.

As for Tunderous, I have a feeling that this new user is his alt. It's just speculation on my part but I feel it's very likely. Account registered 3 days after Tunderous is banned, is identically obsessed with Undertale, his posts show a similar low maturity level, and one of his first posts on this account was a reply to Tunderous's ban. Seems a little suspicious to me.
