the chances of any of us knowing who this guy is? very low.  first of all he is one person out of like 100000, also since he has such a low ID, most people who actually do know him are probably also low ID and don't interact much with the community anymore.

2004 was when the freeware version of Blockland was released.  It wasn't until early 2007 that the game went retail so those IDs were bought around early 2007.
