If you're running more than 1 blockland, don't do it. Otherwise, make sure the cache.db isn't being read/write when you're on the server.

more than 1 blockland? To be honest i dont know a thing about computers. When im downloading the files on servers, it crashes
Also, it says something to ensure that the disc is writable. How do I do this
I need step through step instruction.

Oh wait I can take a screenshot of it and show you guys what it says.
Alright here is what it said
Blockland - BlobContainer::snapshotBuffer(2) - sqlite error 'disk I/O
error'. Ensure that 'C:/User/Waffle/Documents/Blockland' is writable
I hope this gives you some info

You might have something in your computer scanning the file or something else writing to it. Make sure it's also not read-only (Right click cache.db, go to properties, uncheck "Read-Only"). Make sure nothing on your computer is scanning it.

It says disk is malformed now. I got the game off of the website, and its not malicious.

It could also be your hard drive failing.
