While you aren't wrong, your response was uncalled for.

It's a fact that 65 people died...

Plus not all Self Delete bombers kill people (besides the bomber)

Do governments express condolences to these attacks too, or is it all just shrugged off as being "crazy evil Muslims doing what they do"?
Honestly, yes.
Terrorist attacks are rare in the developed West. But they're very very common in the Middle East and Africa.
If the President were to be making speeches for every single attack worldwide he'd hardly ever be off the air.

This is a good video. Not exactly pertaining to the subject but as to islam itself

The vast majority of the victims of Islamic terrorism are Muslims. So if you're going to operate off of the assumption that Islam is the ultimate cause of this violence, then are the Muslim victims complicit in getting themselves blown up?

I'd like a clear answer to that question. It's easy for people to blame Islamic doctrine for these kinds of complex issues, but much harder for them to explain why most of the terrorism is affecting Muslims.

I wonder why stuff like this happening in the Middle East never gets covered by national news. The Brussels attack had a smaller number of casualties, yet governments across the world were getting a blanket and warming a cup of cocoa for Belgium within an hour.

If every bombing that happens in the Middle East appeared on the news, it'd be considered spam. Many of them are so commonplace that they likely go unreported and the news doesn't leave the borders of the host country. This one happened to have a large casualty count and targeted innocent people because they believe something different from the terrorists, so now everyone is hearing about it.

You aren't wrong, but you could have worded your initial response to make you seem less foolishly.

I would like to quote one thing badspot said from his rulebook of how to be in the forums.
