It's low power mode, I think it's iPhone only.

Since my phone is an iPhone 4 which can't update to iOS 8 because it is so old so I can't enable it
And my only other device is an iPad.
Besides I set my brightness to lowest (it is right now) which causes it to take 15 minutes to drop 1%
