The Martian was better.

loving napoleon dynamite

Awkward humor doesn't quite reach me and the whole time it felt like one of those movies that you love or hate. It doesn't help that everyone who likes it will say you don't like it because you don't get it, but it's just painful and boring to watch.

Was it ever rated well in the first place?

Honestly highly praised movies like Forest Gump aren't that great. A, "love," story about a handicap and whore who dies of AIDs, and everything else in the movie involves referencing REMEMBER WHEN X HAPPENED as he stumbles his way through American history. Not even any interesting cinematography.

Really anything that comes out of Hollywood is pandering to the mouth-breathing masses or being spun by wealthy Jewish backers.

oh yeah loving forest gump was dumb as stuff. I ended up turning it off and just having love the first time I "watched" it.
