So, are you trying to make it when you have a gui open and click anywere it calls a funtion, I'm not quite sure what you mean...

If you click in the red box a function is called. The whole box is a gui

Yeah, I'd just use a GuiBitmapButtonCtrl with a fully trans PNG as the image.
