why z in particular??
why isnt q qwee??

UEE!!!!!!!!
just because some have "ee" at the end doesnt mean z has to
its zed thanks
nope it's zee

zed is for losers
it doesn't even make sense
all the letters that start with consonant sounds end with ee
why would z be any different

Thats's because it's at the zend of the alphabet

q always has to be followed by a u and thus always makes the que sound so naturally it'd be pronounced that way
like i said it's consonants that generally end with ee. r should be ree but it's not for some reason. if the british pronounced it ree i'd say that's correct, but no one does so  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
then z is just out there for no reason. goddamn zed. why. for what reason.

What about "W"

"Double you"

What about "W"

"Double you"
the romans made up the letter W to describe the W sound they found when they were all up in britain's business
for them the W sounded like a OO, or to them a long U: UU. now at that time they didn't separate V and U so that'd been spelled VV. double U.
