Author Topic: If google came out with immortality what would you do?  (Read 2777 times)

wrong

You'll still die of like bullets, explosions, etc.

You just can't age. You could have your brain inside a robot for all you know.

Uhhh yeah, I just gave you the definition of biological immortality on page 1.

You already knew what the forget I was talking about. What was there to be confused on?

For once I agree with Lord Tony. You guys are way overthinking what he's trying to say, and I'm 99% sure you guys understand it too.

Also geez Tony you have over 44 posts per day what the heck.

There is a company offering to freeze you for 200,000 dollars after or before you die.

They can't guarantee they would be able to revive you in the future but then again, the chance is significantly higher than being buried or cremated, am I right?

Even then it's going to cost more than 200,000 dollars to revive your body, we all know that. They would probably turn you into a servant for the remainder of your immortality.

Geez why would anyone want to live past around 100 year's old. Seems to me like life would just be a drag at that point.

how would google come out with immortality

they're a technology company

Definitely wouldn't do cryonics. Nothing to suggest it works (the reanimation aspect, let alone cures for death or other diseases), and it's a much less noble end.

Like, give me back to the earth. Don't store me in a freezer.

Good news, everyone!

There is nothing to guarantee freezing would work.

However I trust freezing more than burying or cremating. Because those two options I know are 100% permanent.

Even if there is a 99% chance freezing would fail it's still a better shot than burying or cremating.

What if Microsoft came out with immortality too?

Then I'd be waiting to see what Apple does.

200,000 dollars is a small price to pay to get frozen.

Think about it, you're going to die anyways. You won't have use for money when you're dead and your whiny, bratty heirs are just going to fight and or kill each other for your money because they never loved you anyways. They only loved your money.

Set up a trust fund to take effect after freezing so you have money to start off with.

You'd have to be truly desperate to live forever to choose cryonics.
You're too late if you're taking a gamble while at death's door. Just die with some sense of nobility.

apple would be the first to do this tbh. Google and Microsoft will just improve it
