Ristyenok's Dystopia RP ~~ Mystery Ban?

I saw "Ristyenok's Dystopia RP" on the serverlist. I spawn in and all of us are teleported into a prison. The room has pickaxes, but the alien guards tell us not to take any. I grab one while they aren't looking. We get forced into a cafeteria, where only one guard remains. While he turns to look at the hallway, I jump on him with my pickaxe and beat him to death. Then I get permabanned. Oops.

Now, this would totally go against a "No Freekilling" rule, or something like that... but there's nothing like that in the rules.

So, seems like he was upset by my (roleplayed) usurp of authority. So he permabanned me (not roleplayed).

I'll admit that there were about 45 prompts of rules and lore when I spawned, and I naturally didn't read them all. It's possible Statue 45.3 E of the 3rd Constitution states that I can't kill a guard while he is typing or something like that.

ATM I'm just kinda hoping that him or an admin will respond an explain this, because I'm sure there's some sort of internal justification. Maybe I was 'roleplaying as a hero' or something... but all I did was stab an enemy in the back, lol.

messaged him on steam. apparantly i shouldve spammed 'AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HERE I COME TO KILL YOU' in the chat then waited a few seconds before attacking.

Rushed with a weapon you should not have had. Did not Roleplay the attack in any way. You just ran at me and used the weapon. Did not take time to learn the lore of the map or the RP. Assumed that The character was a "Guard" even though most of the people on the ship knew he was trying to help and not at all with the order. Just a third party.

I know perma was abit harsh but I had been dealing with people FailRPing a large part of the day. Ill shorten it later but I was not in the mood to deal with the guy in any way.

There is this thing called fear rp, If a gaint loving "Guard" Is with you i think you would be stuff scared.

You did not take the time to learn the lore so at this point its talking to a brick wall. As I said. IF you did take the time to learn how to properly "Rebel" You'ed have known that that character is activly trying to help people. But you did not at all attempt to Roleplay the fight. If you took the time to RP on the server fights are done in chat gunfights happen at a distance and shoot to miss is implemented. You're just a troll whos trying to start drama about a server he knows nothing about.

Exactly, he wasn't going to give you a chance to react because that's the forgetin point of a sneak attack. From what it looks like, if he would have given indication of his attack you either would have A) used your admin powers to kill him or B) ban him anyways for 'randomly attacking'

You need to roleplay your attacks. And im sure the hero part comes into effect
