Author Topic: Blockland Shorthand  (Read 3830 times)

lol...

I didn't really get what LL is supposed to mean... "Put simply the server has a long load"?

"Put simply the server has a long load"?

Long titles get cut off in the server join menu.

LL/

The server has a long load, bricks or otherwise.

LL/

The server has a long load, bricks or otherwise.
Like, say the the server has twenty-thousand inccorectly installed add-ons, that would be a LL server amirite?

Throw in JSK as a private meeting server. Diablo II LOD reference.

How about UV (Uber Veterans) for people who brought blockland the day it came out <200

I wasn't there the day it came out because of a trip.
ON TOPIC: F for filming

Woo veterans!

It's a good idea, but I won't use it. Remembering those is too much, and I'm not going to keep coming back to the list to check out what kind of server is up.

Well, I think some kind of official server distinction would be better. Something that only BS could change.

Like...add server details tab so when your cursor is over a server name, a dialog pops up and hosters could enter in info like forced minigame, rules, ect.

As it has been said before, remembering all these tags is not easy and won't help anyone who hasn't read this thread before.

Let's just hope that more people get to read this, and we might use it globally.

screw bump how about a sticky

Not a terrible idea, but I disagree with your formatting.  I'd prefer something like this:

"Trader's Server [TE|SP|V]"

Also, for server detail, there needs to be an option for servers with short loading times so that people can fill in something for every blank.

I'd add SL for short load time and ML for medium load time.

So, the revised would be:

"Trader's Server [TE|SP|ML|V]"
