Why are people mad at Leafyishere?

I don't understand what it to be mad at him about. 

If you don't know what i am talking about, here is a little back story as to what started this.  Leafy is a person who makes youtube videos in which he critiques crappy, cringy, and bad youtube channels/videos.  He plays CSGO as well as "Story of my uncle" and commentates over the gameplay what he thinks about the video/channel.  Anyway, one day leafy went onto /r/cringe and found a video in which this guy made a video in which he talks to two women in a car telling them that they should be thankful for people like tommy.  You see, they left eggs on the top of their car and tommy ran over to save the eggs from falling.  The video went on for like 5 minutes of tommy just explaining the situation to the people in the car.  Not to mention, tommy's intro is pretty ridiculous.  Now, leafy's fans (being as cancerous as they are) went into his comment section saying "kys".  They say this on like every video that leafy critiques. 

This is where stuff went down.  Tommy took those people saying "kys" as death threats and cried about it in a video.  He overreacted about it and made like the entirety of youtube hate in leafy.  Prior to the roast on the video, tension was high between leafy and other youtubers, but i guess this video broke the ice.  Anyway, after tommy's tantrum, leafy soon saw how HIS FANS (not him) affected tommy by making the video.  Leafy took down his video, made an apology video saying that he found the video on /r/cringe and he didn't intend to hurt anyone in the way that tommy got hurt.  This caused many youtubers to call him out including: H3H3productions, and Askagansta.  The loving media got involved saying that people sent death threats, and threatened to come to Tommy's house and kill him. 

I personally find tommy's reaction as bullstuff.  Okay, people were commenting "kys" which is harsh, but COME ON.  Its the internet, people comment kys on anything they find idiotic.  When the media said what they said, i immediately knew that what leafy did was nothing to be ashamed of as all leafy was doing was his normal youtube video.

hes an annoying child that claims his content is satire but the satire is no where to be found, and his fans are just as childish as him and are in a herd mentality and are quick to jump the gun on anyone who says anything bad about their lord and saviour

True, I saw what h3h3 said about leafy.  I became a fan of h3 soon after i saw his video of leafy.  I like what h3 said about leafy, i don't see what the reason is to callout small channels that don't deserve being called out.

I am neutral on this whole thing, as i like leafy as a youtuber because if his surfing and joeysworldtour videos, but i see where h3h3 comes from.

it's his loving voice, i can't stand it at all and it just sounds obnoxious 24/7 im not even sure if he does it on purpose or not

If you've ever seen him out in the public you would know he's a completely different guy. He's rude, disrespectful, and intentionally calls out people for bullstuff things. His videos caught notice rather quick thanks to the child demographic he so confidentially calls the "lizard squad" or something along the lines of that. He's called out so many people for small things and now he's getting even more publicity thanks to GradeAunderA's forgeted up attempt at correcting this guy's behavior by inviting him over to Europe. Not to mention he's spawned a new breed of CS:GO surfing videos where multiple people just talk about their life problems while surfing a map on CS:GO.

In other words, he's bad.

H3h3's videos and leafy's videos are incredibly fundamentally different, I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't actually look into what h3h3 makes.


I didn't like leafy before the h3h3 escapades, and I really disliked leafy after.
