Author Topic: is this happening to anyone else?  (Read 1419 times)

you know how after you post, it takes you back to the board you're on? then you go back to the index and the board you were on is dark (indicating no new posts)? well i've noticed this isn't happening anymore. it's really weird, does it have anything due to badspot changing some values in smf?

Yeah, noticed this too. Doing it for the [new] button as well, on individual threads.
Not a big problem, just making me check back on things more frequently.

this is happening to me, as well, and a few things with the 'new' button

though this has happened to me occasionally when i'd use the back button to go back to the board index after posting, it looks like it's happening more. probably just some post-maintenance stuff, though. if you wanna make it dark again, just click the board and go back to index

everything is staying [new] for me

After clicking new, for example, in this thread. Instead of going back home, click

And it should stop appearing.

doesn't work

the only goes away after posting in a topic

I also would like to point out the forum scripts "Blockland Embedder" and "Blockland Blocker" no longer work :(

Well, works for me.

Strange.

Edit: Till I post in it???

why is it backwards for me?

badspot said he changed some values, so it might've broke some sort of elements to the script and whatever is going on here

This was happening to me too.

same

also is it just me or are the forums a wee bit slow for anyone?

https will make websites a bit slower, but of course, more secure.

Otherwise something has gone weird with quotes. Maybe not weird, but the quotes don't reach to the other side anymore
