There is a large and extremely dangerous tornado on the ground at this very second near Encinal, TX, which is not far north of Laredo. The supercell is southwest of San Antonio, which iirc is where OP lives.

I've even had to pull one of my chickens out of our tree because it was impaled by one of the branches
