it's arbitrary if you already know your top 10 by heart and their exact rankings, sure

this is a tool designed for everyone else who doesn't

I have a very long list of pokemon I consider my favorites and I never would've been able to narrow it down even as far as I did without this

Except when it came down to a bunch of Pokemon that were my favs, it was just an endless skip. Like, I know that Glaceon is my #1 fav and Machamp is a #2, but the rest are just, going to end up in [Skip] hell.

it's forcing you to pick which ones you like the absolute most to create a ranking

you're not completely eliminating a pokemon from the list by not choosing it near the very end, just saying that you like the other ones more, in fact it'll reinsert it in the next "round" after a favorite is found
