Author Topic: I need help with procrastination and laziness  (Read 932 times)

I had problems with motivation for a long ass time. It wasn't even laziness, but I found the easiest way is just bite the bullet and do it. Once you've started something I find it's easier to just finish it than to quit and have to pick it up again later.

just remember that you're worthless if you don't get things done

it's all about self motivation man like view yourself outside of yourself and see the man you oughta be. be proactive; start with what you can can do and soon you can start to do that stuff you want to do. begin with goals in mind so you know what you're working towards. base your life on principles and prioritize what you believe is your meaning in life and the steps there might not seem easy but you'll at least know that your work is for a greater purpose

Thanks guys, honestly I guess I just needed some words of wisdom lol and a "just do it" push, cuz well first thing i did when i got home was begin cleaning, then I started my assignments right after.

I also have everything planned out to where I do certain assignments on certain days as well as studying so I don't overwhelm myself with crap to do in one day. Its easy this way so I know what i'm doing everyday and I don't feel like I always have something to do because its planned for another day. The fact that the semester is almost over makes it easy to do that, but come next semester I gotta try and implement what i'm doing now, to then.

Give into the lazy side!

Sorry but i'm with the other side now lol

drink more water

dehydration makes you lethargic = dont want to do anything

if youre always super hydrated you get better sleep too and you dont feel as tired when u wake up

Taking some magnesium glycinate supplements should help with sleep initiation whilst drinking water.

once you start, don't stop. momentum applies to work ethic.
