No they're not. The only proof that they are different was from those tests by John Money and those have been debunked numerous times before.

If a guy likes playing with dolls and isn't macho he's not a woman, he just likes to play with dolls and isn't macho. It doesn't mean he has to saw his richard off and call himself Sally. Different people have diffeerent interests. You don't need to make a new gender every time someone has a different interest or personality.

but the thing is that if it isn't true or genuine enough then it's dangerous for a doctor to undergo transitioning him/her.

that's not to say Self Deletes aren't caused by different reasons but the vast majority is for that reason and the #2 reason would be the first dangerous situation: someone who thought they had gender dysphoria who found out they didn't and killed themselves due to the newly built gender dysphoria (from transitioning from their current gender which was the correct gender)
what mr man means by genuinely feel female is something that would be approved by specialized doctors, people that actually got through the Annoying Oranges wall style of gate. gatekeeping exists for the very thing you posted in response to mr mans post, to block off the people who legitimately don't have gender dysphoria (and not even the people involved may know that yet)

It's the kind of thing that seems impossible for someone who might legitimately have that condition to prove. For that reason, bathrooms should always be assigned to biological love. Liberals want the masses to bend over backwards for the few though. It just doesn't make sense to do that.
honestly if you ask me it should be allowed to transgender people a month after breast development has begun. would be far easier to prove then and that's when they really wanna start posing as proper female.
