DipMan threatening to hack

Hello, I had recent problems in my server with this guy named DipMan. When I was hosting a Military RP, he joined and started the server and how he wanted to hack me and steal my IP address and the users in it too. He guessed my current computer time, and he had my IP address. He even typed in chat about my IP address. For proof here are pictures to the issue. The text are a bit blurred but I did my best to take pictures and upload them.

Now I uploaded all of the following footage I founded in the text. AS you can see, he has gotten my IP address and more. He was also threatening to give himself admin and hack the users in my server too. As i'm saying, please. As i'm warning you, if you are a saver owner. Please, ban him if you see him, at the beginning, he spawn kills then later he will threaten to hack your servers.

i've actually had someone like that join my server before
it was pretty adorable i wont lie
i think i still got the chat log

back on topic i still think he's just stuff-posting and lying to scare you into doing something for him though

Oh and I will post more information that will help make it real. I am still investigating what happened, turns out. His IP is 7599 if you need it. I tried searching it, no results.

um yeah IPs are much longer than just 4 digits

An IP looks like either this:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
OR
xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx

also, everyone can see your BL_ID if they want too, dont be scared about it

He has my IP address to my computer, and he actually got it. He said it in front of everybody, and I checked my IP address and he got the same exact thing about it. I was really scared back then, I was checking my computer, he guessed my system time. I was hoping for him not not hack my computer.
