Seems like they're just going to shove a bunch of pop references and rely on cheap gags that revolve around animal species to keep the movie going. These are the people who made the minions, after all. Zootopia on the other hand at-least had a plot going for it beyond "people sing in competition" ... Who's even the protagonist here?
