Hate to say it but its kinda a vague story, personally it sounds like its a "loss of control" thing, because you are moving things over, maybe she wasnt as concerned about the PS4 because its like 1 thing that is used just for fun, But a PC is both entertainment and essential to life (school, work, ect.)

Parents lives are busier but often much more lonely than ours.
I know my parents have a few friends that come around often but generally when none of us kids go see them they are home alone. Your mum has been at home without you and I'm assuming your father is out fairly often.
Dunno your situation that has you over there but taking all of your stuff over to that house, stuff that already is prioritized over time spent with here must be hard. You may not feel you've moved out but what's the difference if you're not living there.
