i mean in technical means bestiality isn't much of a problem, but it has a lot of problems socially

May I give my opinion and actually have a decent debate or would we end up in an infinite loop like before?

For the last time a dog can't consent

While true that bestiality can be rape/loveual abuse of the animal in question, it's not in every case. While verbal consent can't be given by the animal in question, physical consent can. If it voluntarily gives oral, there's no reason for it to be considered rape. Now entry can be a bit more complicated as it can be somewhat difficult to get into a comfortable position and more resistance can be offered by the animal.

If people would stop the blinding "cant give verbal consent" argument and actually think for a second on how they resist you taking their ball, the same applies to having love. If they don't want to, they will resist by turning their heads away, sitting down, getting away, or even attacking you in the most extreme cases. If she/he wants to, they won't resist. Otherwise, anyone can tell by just looking at them and immediately tell they're trying to get away.

This is a perfect example of what I want to avoid. Only argumented replies please.

I don't care if having love with animals is morally wrong or not, you are a loving degenerate for loving an animal

So if someone sedates someone then rapes them it isn't rape because there was no resistance?
