Blockland always launches non borderless fullscreen

Even though I set blockland to borderless fullscreen, it always launches in some sort of actual full screen. I know this because whenever i alt+tab my screen flashes.

The only way i can ever get this to fix is by going into the settings and changing something (usually i just click on bitrate 32 instead of default since its the same) and half the time that doesn't even work.

I like to keep shadow play running when I play blockland and I know it's not working when the icon i have at the top right doesn't show up. (Shadow play only works for blockland in borderless)

no no just native borderless

How long does it take to tab back to blockland in this state? If alt tab is instant and shadowplay doesn't work, borderless is on.

depending whats happening in game it can be instant or up to a couple seconds. (it also flashes the screen)

it takes longer to tab back in than to tab out though, like from 2 to 5 seconds.

the point is it's not displaying it how it should be, and to get it displaying properly i have to change options. half the time it doesnt work, so i have to close the game, wait 30 seconds for it to open again and try to change settings to see if it works.
